Where Did All The People Go?
NC, along with most of the world, has decided we must all stay home now. So, here we all sit at home, occasionally getting up to see what we can eat for our 14th meal of the day or rushing to the window to see what neighbor is walking by. It’s sort of like living the dog’s life now. Yep. And before all this, I’d just achieved my maximum run and lost a ton of weight. Isn’t that the way it always is? Of course, there is nothing keeping me from running now but I am out of healthy food and everyone knows that if you can’t eat healthy, you can’t work out either. I’ve watched all of the Schitt’s Creek series on Netflix. I didn’t like it at first, but soon I was hooked. There’s something intriguing about living in a motel. I always thought I could do that. I woke up early today for no reason. This happens a lot. I used to visit my Grandmother in Louisiana and she would get up at 5 each morning and play Solitaire. I would get up and play, too, eliminating the whole “solitaire” factor. She probably secretly cringed, but she seemed happy about it. Now, I get up and draw things like Bigfoot and wonder how to fit it into an elephant cartoon. Sometimes, I have a gag in my head and draw around it but, sometimes, I have a picture in my head and later create a gag to go with it. Such is the case with Bigfoot. There he is now, visiting Louisiana with Edward, wondering how to fit in. Stay tuned and stay home.
